“I get so frustrated when Christians say that atheist are evil and reference Hitler and Nazis. Was Hitler an evil asshole? Absolutely. However newsflash Christians, no self-respecting atheist I know would walk around with Gott Mit Uns (God With Us) on their belt buckle. How about you do a little research into the relationship between the Nazis and the Catholic church before your next encounter with one of us. Or you can continue to spew false information, as some of you are so fond of doing. Now I know that not all Christians use this ridiculous argument when debating atheists, but enough of you, even well educated Christians, do. It instantly ends all dialogue for me. Any reference to Hitler or Stalin leads to discussion over. Even if it makes you think you’ve won.
